insufficient coffee unrefreshed towels
the ac worked very well.
The hotel lacked sufficient coffee pods. We received only six for four people , insufficient. I also noticed that the towels were not refreshed during our three-day stay.

breakfast delivery secure parking
the hotel provided a breakfast delivery service directly to the room it was convenient and enjoyable i liked the variety of options available i also appreciated the secure parking in the backyard it gave me peace of mind knowing my car was safe.
the absence of a phone in the room was a notable inconvenience i had to use a tablet for communication and responses were sometimes slow this delayed resolving simple requests.

the breakfast menu offered both savory and sweet options it catered to different preferences the portions were quite generous too the convenient in-room delivery added to the charm of the stay.

the hotel provided a secure parking area in the backyard it was a great benefit knowing the car was safe the internet service was stable and fast it allowed for uninterrupted connectivity throughout our visit.

the hotel is near the metro and tram station access to public transport is easy it made exploring the area very convenient the main attractions are within walking distance from here as well.

the family suite had two separate rooms and a bathroom this configuration worked well for our needs there was plenty of space to store our luggage the design was visually appealing and modern.

the hotel personnel was friendly and helpful throughout our stay they were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests they provided prompt and efficient service which i found very helpful.

good soundproofing breakfast selection room decoration poor cleanliness dirty floor unattended desk
the breakfast was brought to the room each morning. it included a selection of foods that i chose the day before. the room had good sound proofing. it also featured attention to details in its decoration.
the cleaning was not up to par. the floors weren't mopped, nor were they vacuumed. surfaces weren't dusted . the checkout process was not smooth. the front desk was unattended at 8:00 a.m.
